Will I Get A Sales Receipt?
Yes, every order is shipped with a receipt.
Can I Get A VAT Receipt?
Every order is shipped with a sales receipt which includes VAT information. If you require more information please contact us.
Do You Offer Gift Vouchers?
Yes we offer both gift vouchers and e-cards
A gift voucher can be bought for any amount in multiples of £5. They can be sent to you or straight to the recipient. A gift voucher requires a signature on delivery and postage is £3.95
We offer e-cards with a wide range of designs to suit many different special occasions.
Gift vouchers must be spent in store. E-cards must be spent online

Can I Reserve Products Online?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an option for reserving products online.

If the colour or size you are looking for is not available on our website please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Are all HIS products available online to buy?
Not all products are available to buy online. For some products - mainly large machinery - you must contact us to arrange payment and delivery first.

Delivery & Returns
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
You will receive an email to confirm your order has been placed. You will also recieve an email once your order has been shipped.
How much is delivery costs?

How long will delivery take?
Please allow up to 5 days for delivery.
Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific date or time for your delivery.
My order hasn't arrived. Where is it?
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If your item stil hasn't arrived after that then please contact us and we will help to sort this.
Do you deliver overseas?
Please contact us first before you buy online.
Can my order be delivered to an alternative address?
You can specify a different delivery address to your billing address during the checkout process.
I want to send an item as a gift to someone else. Can I do that?
You can specify a different delivery address to your billing address during the checkout process.
Why do my items have to be signed for?
All deliveries need to be signed for as this is part of the terms and conditions of our couriers. By signing, it completes the contract between ordering and supplying.
My item is faulty. How do I return it?
If your item is faulty we will do everything we can to help you. Please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
I have changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Yes, as long as the item has not been opened, is still in a saleable condition and is returned within 28 days of receipt.
What can I return?
You can return anything that is faulty. If you want to return anything that is not faulty, it must be in a saleable condition and returned within 28 days. Contact us before you attempt to return anything.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds may take up to 14 days, however most will be complete within 5 days.
I missed my delivery. What do I do?
Don't worry if you miss a delivery. The courier will leave a card explaining how to contact them to rearrange delivery.
Pricing
Do the prices shown include VAT?
Prices on our website can be toggled to show prices with VAT and without VAT.
Are online prices the same as in store?
Not always. Some of our products have 'web exclusive' prices. We also offer online exlusive deals and offers throughout the year.
Do you offer discount to trade?
At HIS we try to be competitive with our prices; however, if you are buying in large quantities please contact us first to discuss any discounts available.
