The TS 910i petrol cut-off machine is the most powerful petrol cut-off machine from STIHL, offering the best power-to-weight for a 16” / 400mm cut-off machine. Designed for professionals working in civil engineering, construction and landscaping, it’s capable of taking on demanding tasks such as cutting structural steel, concrete, asphalt or pipes.

The cut-off machine comes as standard with a powerful 16” / 400 mm composite resin cutting wheel which has a very good cutting performance, however STIHL recommends fitting the TS910i with a D-SB90 diamond cutting wheel for longer and more intensive jobs.

    Quantity:

Equipped with the innovative, electronically controlled STIHL Injection system, the powerful STIHL 2-MIX engine of this professional cut-off machine results in high torque, 24% power output increase compared to the TS 800, 30% improved fuel efficiency and a significantly easier start procedure (purge and pull). Reduced emissions are further advantages of the STIHL Injection system technology.

The TS 910i engine cut-off machine is suitable for cutting depths of up to 145 mm and can be hand-held. The ergonomic handle design and STIHL anti-vibration system means your muscles and joints are protected while you work. The design of the anti-vibration system also helps you to guide the power tool precisely when cutting. You can use the optional STIHL FW 20 cart, which can be used with an adapter, for precise cuts and longer cutting distances – for example in road construction. The positioning of the water connection for binding dust to the cutting wheel also helps you to work effectively, while the long-life air filter system extends intervals between cleaning for longer uninterrupted working time. The TS 910i drive can easily be re-tensioned using the semi-automatic belt tensioning function, which extends the life of the belt and bearing.

    STIHL INJECTION

    • HIGH PERFORMANCE IN COMPACT DESIGN: The electronic fuel injection control unit continuously calculates the correct fuel supply and the ideal ignition time, and injection is performed directly into the crankcase via the injection valve. Additionally, sensors measure air pressure and internal and external temperature, and pass information on to the control unit. This can use the identified values to determine the optimum fuel quantity and ignition timing. This means that your tool offers more power from a similar weight and installation space compared to engines without injection.

    • STIHL 2-MIX ENGINE

      • HIGHLY POWER-EFFICIENT: With the STIHL 2-MIX engine, you can reduce exhaust emissions and fuel consumption, and therefore operating costs. This 2-stroke engine is low-maintenance and uses fuel efficiently even at high power levels. Use a mixture of petrol and engine oil as fuel. The STIHL 2-MIX engine complies with the strict EU Stage V emissions directive.

      • MAGNESIUM GUARD

        • LIGHTWEIGHT AND STABLE: The cutting wheel guard ensures that you are not hit by flying cut material or cooling water from the cutting wheel. The cast magnesium guard is very lightweight and robust.

        • PRE-SEPERATION AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM

          • STIHL long-life air filtration systems with pre-separation achieve perceptibly longer filter life compared with conventional filter systems. Air drawn in is swirled. The larger, heavier particles are ejected. The pre-cleaned air is routed to the air filter via the pre-separator duct.

          • SEMI AUTOMATIC DRIVE BELT TENSIONING

            • Light, consistent re-tensioning increases the service life of the belts and shaft bearings.

            • STIHL ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM

              • FOR MORE PLEASANT WORK: Vibrations can occur when you put your tools through their paces, and these are particularly noticeable in the grip area. The buffer and spring elements of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of engine vibrations to the handle area and therefore to your body. The result is that your tool is more comfortable to hold and your work is much less tiring.

              • MANUAL DECOMPRESSION

                • EFFORTLESS START-UP: The decompression valve makes it easier to start your tool. When starting, you can allow some of the compressed mixture to escape from the cylinder by opening the valve. This protects the start-up system and reduces the amount of force required on the starter cord.

                • ERGONOMIC HANDLE

                  • FOR PRECISE GUIDANCE: With the ergonomic handle, you can keep a firm grip on your tool and carry out cuts precisely, even when dealing with very hard stone. The curved handle offers you an optimised grip position and the highest level of comfort when working.
