- Made of 18/10 stainless steel without non-stick coating, very hygienic and wear-resistant.
- Triple diffuser bottom for excellent temperature distribution.
- Perfect for stews and stir-fries. The larger diameters are ideal for cooking creamy rice dishes or risottos.
- Glossy polished exterior and satin interior.
- Wide full induction diffuser base with a thickness of 5.3 mm and 5.4 mm (depending on size). Compatible with all heat sources including induction.
- High quality and elegant 18/10 stainless steel riveted handle.
- Suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
- For proper use, the pan must be allowed to heat up. Unlike non-stick pans, you need to heat it over medium/high heat, allowing the pan to warm up. It is always recommended to use it with a little oil.
